We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks such as:
• Answering calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, distribution of mail, parcels and other documents.
• Welcome visitors and make sure they are comfortable.
• Requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
• Update appointment calendars.
• Schedule meeting and appointment
• Make coffee and set out food.
• Ensure office area is tidy.
• Attend to inquiries about company by directing special enquiries to the authorized staff.
• Ensure flow of correspondence with proper filling

Criteria

• She must possess good diploma/national diploma or NCE.
• Young and articulate between age 19-26
• She must be multi-tasking in handling operational function.
• She must possess good interpersonal skills amongst others.
• Note: residing within Ikorodu area is an added advantage.
• Have a positive attitude to work and people
• She must possess excellent communication skills
• She must be computer literate with experience
